Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe
For 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 10 oz (about 280 g) semi or bittersweet chocolate
- 8 eggs
- 200 g butter
- 260 g sugar
- 160 g all-purpose flour
Directions:
- Heat oven to about 350 deg F in advance.
- Then grease 10 muffin tins or cups using paper muffin bake cups.
- Fragment the chocolate into tiny pieces and melt it with butter over hot water.
- Mash the eggs with sugar and then add flour to the mixture.
- The melted mixture of butter and chocolate should now be slowly folded.
- Bake it for only 8-12 minutes at about 350 degrees. It should be cooked in such a way that the inner part remains liquid.
You can serve Chocolate Lava Cake along with custard, whipped cream or berries.

Pudding Cakes

Ingredients:
- Two packets of chocolate pudding
- One box Nilla Wafers
Directions:
- Make a layer of the wafers in a casserole dish.
- Add 1/4 of the hot pudding mix to it.
- Keep layering the wafers and pudding, until all of it is finished.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to let the pudding cool down and soak into the wafers.
When the sweet wafers will completely absorb the pudding, then your cake will be ready to be served.

Recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter flavored shortening
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Mexican vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees in advance.
- Grease cookies sheets.
- Mix the butter flavored shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- One by one add the eggs and mash well with each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light brown.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
